When trying to launch the VIP Access mobile application on an iPhone, the following error message occurs:
Unable to activate. Please check your internet settings and try again. If the problem continues, contact [email protected]. Error Code 3101.
This error occurs due to Apple introducing a new feature called Wireless Data (WLAN and Cellular) or Mobile Data in iOS 13.x OS. This is, by default, disabled for apps.
On the device, perform one of the following steps:
> For iPhone running iOS 13.3.1: Navigate to Settings → scroll down and search for VIP Access App then tap on the same → Wireless Data (WLAN and Cellular) → Enable.
> For iPhone running iOS 13.4: Navigate to Settings → scroll down and search for VIP Access App then tap on the same → Mobile Data → Enable.
Relaunch and activate the VIP Access app
