Issue/Introduction

The customer is receiving the following error message in the vipegconsole-log file:
LDAP: error code 32 - 0000208D

Cause

Please check if the customer has VIP Manager installed in pilot mode when actually they have a VIP Trial account user which is on the VIP production system

Resolution

Have customer Install the VIP Manager on production system.
