VIP Enterprise Gateway - 9.6.1 to 9.7 Upgrade hangs while downloading the packages during the Live update process

Issue/Introduction

While upgrading VIP Enterprise Gateway form 9.6.1 to 9.7 via LiveUpdate, the process hangs when downloading the upgrade package.

Resolution

To resolve this, interrupt/cancel the upgrade process and reinitiate the upgrade.

Note: This is only occasionally happening on Windows 2012 R2 servers.
