What is the difference between both Plan Analyzer for Db2 for z/OS (PPA) rule sets delivered with the product:

_  @@RULDBA Rule Set for DBA       
_  @@RULDEV Rule Set for Developer

Resolution

These are the role based defined rule sets that were made available in release r18. While the rule sets are not updateable, they can be templated
to allow the ability to customize them.  

@@RULDBA -    contains all the rules SQL, Physical, Plan, and Predicate with exception of Physical RI rules 1056-1061
@@RULDEV -    contains only the SQL and Predicate rules
