Resolution
The plugin and documentation can be downloaded from VIP Manager > Account (tab) > Download Files > Third Party Integrations > Plugins page
Click on the Outlook Web Access pulgin.zip which contains plug-in and integration guide for Microsoft Outlook Web App 2003, 2007, and 2010 with support for Intelligent Authentication
