Symantec VIP - VIP Webservice Integration with Apache returns error AH1623, 19285

Issue/Introduction

When trying to integrate VIP Webservice with Apache, an error in the Apache logs is received. Checking the webservice config with the symc_test tool no error is returned and authentication passes.

Please check the URL or proxy settings.], referer: http://localhost:38111/login.html 

Cause

There could be an issue with the way the Apache server was compiled.

Resolution

1. Confirm the configuration is correct according to the installation guide. 

2. Recompile the Apache server.
