Issue/Introduction

When attempting to activate VIP Access for Mobile, customers receive the error message

Error 6007 - Unable to activate

 

Cause

Customer is running Android Version "L" (5.0) which is not supported

Here are the current Android version "L" (5.0) Devices: Galaxy Nexus,  Nexus One, Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 (1st gen, 2nd gen), Nexus 10, Nexus Q, Nexus S
