VIP Enterprise Gateway RADIUS authentication options

Issue/Introduction

Currently our VIP enterprise Gateway 8.1 only supports RADIUS PAP (password) authentication.  Some VPN vendors do not support this and support other RADIUS authentication options as below:

RADIUS PEAP
RADIUS LEAP
RADIUS EAP-TLS

This is enhancement request to support the above RADIUS authentication options.
