Issue/Introduction

VIP Enterprise Gateway 9.4.1 and 9.5.0 customers may observe an issue with Validation Service where it does not return class attribute values when RADIUS to LDAP Mapping configuration includes a secondary query.

Cause

Issue occurs when the Distinguished Name returned by the primary query contains comma (,) separated CN’s or OU’s.

Resolution

1. Stop all RADIUS Validation Servers.
2. Navigate to VIP Enterprise Gateway Installation directory, Validation\bin folder and backup “libualdapus.so” file.
3. Download zip (Binary_For_EG95.zip OR Binary_For_EG941.zip) file. Extract ‘libualdapus.so’ file and replace this in Validation\bin folder.
4. Start all RADIUS Validation Servers.
