Computers by Gateway report shows last connection time in the future of what the SMP time is

Issue/Introduction

When running the Computers by Gateway report the Last Connection column shows a time that is ahead of the Servers time.

Environment

ITMS 8.0 HF5 and below.

Cause

When CEM machines report inventory they store information from the clients registry 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altiris\Communication\SecureGateways\Guid\

At this registry location are the valuse Last Failed and Last Succeeded. This are found on the NS in the Inv_Aex_AC_InternetGatewayDetails table.  The values are stored in UTC time.

This creates a problem when you run the report Computers by Gateway.  The last connection time will appear in the future. In this example machines are in MST 7 hours behind UTC time.  
When basic inventory runs from a CEM enabled machine you can run the Computers by Gateway report.  The last connection time is 7 hours ahead of the time on the SMP server.

Resolution

The report is will be fixed in ITMS 8.0 HF6.
