Issue/Introduction

Message does not disappear in quarantine even if it is released successfully on the Symantec Email Quarantine portal.

Resolution

This behivior is by design. There is a release tag  indicates the releasing of messages on the Symantec.Cloud Quarantine portal. The released message will be still listed on the portal until it expires. The releasing result also can be confirmed by searching Track and Trace log.
