Message stayed in quarantine after released

Issue/Introduction

Message does not disappear from quarantine even if it was released successfully from the Symantec Email Quarantine portal.

Email Security.cloud

Resolution

This behavior is by design. There is a release tag which indicates the releasing of messages on the Email Security.Cloud Quarantine portal. The released message will be still listed on the portal until it expires.
