Issue/Introduction

 Symantec Endpoint Protection cloud (SEP SBE) blocking access to wireless network stating the network is insecure.

Cause

The network is not trusted by Symantec Cloud.

Resolution

User will need to add the wireless/Wifi network to Trusted Network as private from the administrative user interface (UI):

1. Show backend UI by
   • cd c:\
   • cd \program files\Symantec.Cloud\AntiVirus
   • avagent -SHOW_UI
2. With the administrative GUI open select Settings >  Firewall  > General settings  > Network Trust  > Wifi Adaptor  > Private  > Ok.

Note: These steps will need to be completed on each system that needs to access the WiFi network.
