Cannot download the software CA Identity Manager 14.1 for Windows Installation

Issue/Introduction

Due Ca Support Portal Web page re-design some customers are taking time to familiarize with the mew Menus and locations to Download Ca Products.

Below a quick guide about how to.

Where to Download the binaries for CA Identity Manager 14.1 for Installed mode (non-Virtual Appliance or .ova file) ?

 

Environment

Windows 2012

Resolution

1. first need to login with credentials to the following link

2. once logged in, please go to MENU

and click on "DOWNLOAD MANAGEMENT"

 

3. From Product Downloads ,  on FILTER SEARCH Results , Write  "CA Identity Manager"

4. From this Page , Click on Ca Identity Manager B-E MULTI-PLATFORM 12.6.8 , and

Once There , Select from “Release” combo Box the 14.1 version

and click on "CA Identity Portal for Business Users MULTI-PLATFORM  14.1"

 

  

5. You will have access to IDM 14.1 version
