Customers working in Indian Standard Time (IST) Time Zone might want to set CAPC users to one of the Time Zones with UTC/GMT +05:30 offset, but this is not available.
Why in CAPC User Settings - Account Details - Time Zones drop down list is not possible to select an IST Time Zone with half hour ahead of UTC/GMT – for example UTC+5:30, or any of the Time Zones with 30 (or 45) minutes offset from UTC/GMT?

This is currently by product design due to a known limitation to support Business Hours and other product features that are based on the 'whole hour' offset.
In particular, Business Hours and Maintenance Indicators features does not support 30 and 45 minutes offsets, therefore can only be used with Time Zones that represent whole hour offsets from UTC/GMT.
There are notes in the CA Performance Management documentation to inform that 30 and 45 minutes Time Zones are not supported.

Note: […] The Business Hours feature currently supports filtering only in whole hour increments. Therefore, the feature offers only whole hour offsets. Time zones with offsets of 30 or 45 minutes are unsupported.
