Network discovery adds a new IP for a device instead of overwriting the existing one

Issue/Introduction

The MAC Address is the primary resource key for Network Discovery. Name.Domain key will be used next. For IP Addresses, if the discovery process sees a “change” it will be removed since the old IP Address is not a resource key.
