Issue/Introduction

If CCS Assessment Manager is installed on systems with locale settings such as German where a ‘,’ is used as a ‘Decimal Symbol’ instead of ‘.’, exported questionnaires cannot be reimported.  Another issue unrelated to locale settings causing imports of questionnaires to fail was reported.  If by chance the ‘Notice’ property of a questionnaire is updated and saved before the ‘Description’ property, the values are exported in a transposed manner that cannot be reimported.

Resolution

Now, CCS Assessment Manager exports all questionnaires using the ‘.’ as the decimal symbol regardless of locale settings.  Also, the ‘Notice’ and ‘Description’ properties are exported in the correct order regardless of which was updated first.
