Ghost won't deploy an image to a truly blank hard drive

Issue/Introduction

You've just received a new hard drive.  This hard drive has never been used, never had anything on it, and is not formatted.  You open the box, put it into a machine, and now you want to image it.  Ghost sees the drive but is unable to deploy an image to it.

Error Number: 10010
Message: Cannot open image file \. []

This issue is specific to GSS 3.1 MP5

Cause

Currently unknown

Resolution

There is currently not a solution to this issue.  Development is aware of the issue and is working towards a resolution.

As a work around, you can replace the Ghost32.exe and Ghost64.exe from MP5, located in the Ghost folder under the eXpress share, with the Ghost32.exe and Ghost64.exe files from GSS 3.1 MP4.  This version of Ghost will image blank hard drives without any issues.
