Issue/Introduction

ATP versions before 2.3 may have alerted you that a new version is available when there is not.

Cause

This can be caused by running the 'update install' or 'update download' when there is no update available.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in ATP 2.3. Please upgrade at your earliest convenience.
