Your DCS/CSP policy is blocking a certain process or application from running and you are not seeing all of the blocks/denies in the logs
All versions of Symantec Data Center Security (DCS) / Symantec Critical Systems Protection (SCSP)
Trivial logging can be enabled via a specific prevention policy
Open the policy, and select Advanced button. Under Advanced Policy Settings open Global Policy Options and navigate to Process Logging Options
Select the checkbox for Log trivial policy violations as seen in the below screenshot:
