Issue/Introduction

After installed the SWV (fslx driver) on windows server 2016 a APC mismatch Blue screen of death (BSOD) occurs.

Cause

Invalid kernel transactions between the Operating System and the fslx driver.

Resolution

Symantec is aware of this issue and has resolved this with the release of 7.6 HF8. Please upgrade to resolve this issue.
