SWS: Performance degragation with windows 10 1607 fix

Issue/Introduction

When logging into windows 10 on VDI environments there a delay before the logon process is complete

Environment

7.6 HF8 streaming agent
windows 10 1607 and above

Cause

Due to the exceptions that microsoft was throwing during boot time, symnatec had to work around some microsoft kernel issues. This has caused us to ignore some kernel transactions in windows 10. This has the possibility to cause so performance degragation in the product

Resolution

Symantec is aware of this issue and is working on a solution.
