Push not working for Netscaler Integration

VIP Authentication Service


In the login to Citrix Netscaler, the security code for the second factor authentication works.  However, Push is not working to mobile devices.

No error.  No push sent


VIP Second Factor Authentication

Android or iOS mobile devices with VIP Access app installed


Verify the following settings in the VIP Manager

  1. View the credential being used, and make sure VIP Access Push: Enabled is set
  2. In Policies -> Account tab, ensure Enable Mobile Push is set to Yes
  3. In Policies -> VIP Intelligent Authentication, if it is set to Yes, check the setting 'Always require security code from unrecognized devices'.  If it is set to Yes, then Enable Device Fingerprint must be set to Yes in Policies -> Account tab.
