Issue/Introduction

Patches are not installing on clients because the "Patch Install Tools package" is not ready and the SMP Server is unable to build codebase for the package.

Environment

ITMS 7.6 SP1, 7.6 HF7, 8.0 HF5

Cause

The Agent Connectivity Credentials do not have sufficient rights on the SMP Server.

Resolution

Change the Agent Connectivity Credentials to a domain account with Administrator rights on the SMP or the Altiris Service account.
