Started receiving *30*-1A violations on a distributed DB2 login for terminal TCPIP

I did started receiving *30*-1A violations on a distributed DB2 login for terminal TCPIP. This was for our main web app so our DDF address space was receiving TSS100E messages multiple times per second. I added the source to the acid in question and resolved the problem but was wondering if this is something new and I added on one of the prereqs? I searched the knowledge base but couldn't locate anything.
