NIS.exe has crashed and opening Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud (SEP SBE) causes a pop up that states the symantec service framework has stopped working.
Cause
Outdated Displaylink drivers.
Resolution
Update the Displaylink drivers to at least 8.0 found here
