Issue/Introduction

When adding an account for Email Security.Cloud correlation, you see the error, "This account does not have the required Email Threat Detection and Response service. Please try again.”

Resolution

This error indicates that your user is not currently entitled to use the ATP section of the Email Security.Cloud service. Contact your Symantec account representative to acquire the Symantec Email Threat Detection and Response.
