To get the mainframe for CA GEN release 8.6 IR1, please do the following:

1. Go to Support.ca.com and sign in

2. Select 'Product Information'

3. Type 'CA GEN' in 'select a product' field.

4. Click on 'Solutions and Patches Indexes' in the Staff Selections section

5. Click on 'CA GEN 8.6 Solutions and Patches'

6. Click on 'CA GEN Maintenance Grid'
