Issue/Introduction

Using IBM Hourglass product and Hyperbuf is receiving S0C4 abends. Started IBM Hourglass and now see abends: DUMP TITLE=DUMP12 LOAD=00C3D618,DYN2=AE8D3000,ABEND=80000002. How do we resolve these frequent abend?

The abend: DUMP TITLE=DUMP12 LOAD=00C3D618,DYN2=AE8D3000,ABEND=80000002 

will have the offset move around and be difficult to pick the correct abend. However, the problem is caused by Hyperbuf intercepts being stepped on by the IBM Hourglass intercepts. IBM Hourglass interrogates the jobs and started tasks that are started to match with its repository of jobs to be tested with a new time.

Hyperbuf has a Constraint Table that is normally utilized to EXCLUDE programs and datasets from Hyperbuf control. However, IBM Hourglass must have the Hyperbuf EXCLUDE DD statement to avoid the initial intercept and not go through the table interrogation.   

Place this DD in the IBM Hourglass task.
