SWS: AppStreamService.exe crashed on FE Server X

Issue/Introduction

AppStreamService.exe crashed on FE Server X and a memory dump is created.

PROCESS_NAME:  AppstreamService.exe

ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. Th
at 0x%p. The memory could not be %s.

Cause

appstreamservice.exe is trying to access a lock that no longer exists.

Resolution

Symantec is aware of this issue and has fixed it in 7.6 HF7
