If you install the SWS Agent and SWV Admin on a drive that is not default, and run the sysprep utility, SWV Admin displays a dialog box to enter a disk and does not open
Its the default behavior of the windows to change the drive letters after the sysprep. This causes a conflict with the install of the SWV agent.
Symantec is aware of this issue and is working on a solution.
A possible work around for this scenario can be to change the drive letters to the sequential order before the sysprep using disk management or any other system tools. It is noticed that after sysprep the CD/DVD drive letter will take the last position in the alphabetical order.
