Endpoint Protection Manager's Virus and Risks Activity Summary Does Not Refresh

Issue/Introduction

The "Virus and Risks Activity Summary" table on the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) home screen does not refresh properly when changing the time frame from the dropdown menu.

Changing the time frame between "last hour", "last 24 hours", "last 7 days", etc., does not result in the table being updated with relevant data.

Environment

SEPM 12.1 RU6 and above.

Cause

The cause of the issue was related to SEPM interface performance improvements (introduction of cache).

Resolution

Fixed in SEP 14.0.
