Cause
The mathmatical equation used to calculate the number of Online Agents does not take into account that some agents may be in both Error, Pending, or Offline.
Resolution
This is a known issue and is targeted to be fixed in SES:CSP (Symantec Embedded Security: Critical System Protection) 6.5 MP2.
