Error: 'Error Cannot Connect to database' when installing Ghost Solution Suite to manually created database

Issue/Introduction

Ghost Solution Suite installation completed without errors, but when the GSS console is launched, an error appears stating:

Error Cannot Connect to database

Environment

GSS 3.x
Fresh installation of GSS to manually created SQL database.

Cause

Manually creating the SQL database in SQL before installing Ghost Solution Suite is not supported.

Resolution

Delete the existing database and let the Ghost Solution Suite installer create it.
