Opened the Console > Actions > Software > Patch Remediation Center; highlighted Microsoft Bulletin: SBSP-Windows10ProfessionalN1607, and found it fails to download.

This Software Update is unsupported by Patch Management Solution per INFO3207.

Resolution

This Software Update, SBSP-Windows10ProfessionalN1607, was removed from the PMImport 7.1.856.
