Unable to view hyperlink in alarm detail tab for normal users

Issue/Introduction

Due to privileges issue normal users will not be able to view the Violations. We need to give that permission.

This document will help in giving the permission to view.

 

Unable to view hyperlink in alarm detail tab for normal users but for admins it is visible

 

 

 

 

Environment

All Spectrum versions

Resolution

We need to login to one click console with an Admin user or install user

We need to select the user from oneclick console Users Tab and click on Access Tab under contents panel

Now we need to click on Add/Remove button in Privileges tab

Expand Network Configuration Manager and Expand View NCM Policies

Check View Policy Violations

Click on OK

Now it will be enabled as shown below

Now you will be able to view the Hyperlink and the violations.
