Usability problems for limited administrators after upgrading to 10.6.2

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Symantec Messaging Gateway 10.6.2, some limited administrators cannot view the dashboard images and clicking on navigation links send the limited administrator back to the login screen.

 

The BrightmailLog.log file contains the following Warning:

/servlet/com.ve.kavachart.servlet.ChartStream

Resolution

This issue has been resolved by the release of 10.6.2-7. Customers experiencing this issue should upgrade to the latest release to resolve this issue.

As a temporary workaround for the login aspect of this, enable and use the "Remember Me" login feature.
