Unable to uninstall Symantec Endpoint Encryption 11 client with Aranda360 installed

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to uninstall Symantec Endpoint Encryption was not possible and would encounter the following errors:

"La aplicacion no se pudo iniciar correctamente (0x0000142). Haga click en Acceptar para cerrarla"

Translated:
"The application failed to start properly (0x0000142). Click Accept to close."

 

Resolution

In order to workaround this error, and to properly uninstall Symantec Endpoint Encryption, first uninstall the Aranda360 agent.  Once Aranda360 is uninstalled successfully, Symantec Endpoint Encryption 11 can then be properly uninstalled.
