Populated Whitelist or Blacklist does not display entries

Cause

An Invalid entry, such as IP Address type but a URL was entered as the value.

Resolution

Build a new policy with the same settings.
Create the Whitelist or Blacklist.
When adding items, select the correct Type before typing the value.
