Administrative actions (release) taken on SPAM Quarantine may not be reflected in Message Audit Logs after a period of time

Issue/Introduction

When messages are released from Spam Quarantine, the Message Audit Log will usually show the administrative action that has been taken.

However, this information is currently retained only for 24 hours, after which it is deleted.

Cause

This is a known issue within Messaging Gateway and is currently being investigted.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed with the SMg 10.6.4 release.
