Issue/Introduction

While exporting SEP client install package including all content from SEPM, the package size is only 82.52M. There is no difference with exporting basic content.

Content full folder is not generated and full.zip size is 0.

Cause

SEPM generate 32 bit latest content failed in the folder Inetpub\content\{535CB6A4-441F-4e8a-A897-804CD859100E}\151108004.

Resolution

1 Clear old virus definitions from the SEPM.

2 Download .jdb files to update definitions for Endpoint Protection Manager.

3 Check there is normal latest content folder in Inetpub\content\{535CB6A4-441F-4e8a-A897-804CD859100E}

4 Export SEP client install package including all content successfully.
