Compliance reports for Software Management return no results

Issue/Introduction

When setting the start from date in the Compliance reports, no results are returned even though the policy executed within the given timeframe.

Initial loading of the reports default to a week, which show no results.

Cause

This is a known circumstance.
 

Resolution

In these reports the Start date needs to be set at or before the policy was created. This ensures that all systems targeted will be included in the report whether they ran recently or not. The logic requires this, so at this time it will remain as is.
