Resolution

This is resolved in ITMS 7.6 HF5.

Work through the following steps to implement the attached PointFix for ITMS 7.6 HF4:

Minimum Requirement:
Installed SMP 7.6 HF4

Installation process:
1. Log in with App ID (Symantec Service Account)
2. Download the PointFix ‘7.6_HF4_SMP_PF3860823.zip’
3. Unzip the folder; right-click > Run as Admin on the PFInstaller.exe
4. Accept User Account Control prompt and select ‘Install Files’ button

Changes Made:
Merged Database contexts for support in HF4

Uninstallation process:
1. Locate the Backup Subfolder in the PFInstaller Directory of the downloaded folder
2. Execute the PFInstaller.exe; right-click > Run as Admin.
3. Accept User Account Control prompt and select 'Uninstall Files'

Advisory: Even with the uninstallation ability; it is always a good idea to ensure recent backup of the Database is in place prior to implementing any upgrades or pointfixes.
