Issue/Introduction

The Outlook Web Access URLs in Discover incident reports for Exchange 2013 targets fail to resolve to the specific item that violated a policy. Rather, the URL directs to the user's mailbox.

Cause

This issue occurs with certain versions of Microsoft Exchange which did not respond correctly to queries.

Resolution

Update Exchange 2013 to cumulative update 8 or greater.
