Issue/Introduction

When uploading license file, the ATP displays error "License file is invalid" after changing ATP host name.

License file is invalid.

Environment

  • ATP upgraded to ATP 2.0.2 or 2.0.3

Cause

ATP device host name is changed to a non-default name that cannot be resolved by DNS server.

Resolution

This issue was resolved in ATP 2.2.0. If you are not able to immediately upgrade to ATP 2.2.0 or later, please revert the hostname to localhost.localdomain at the ATP UI.
