Wait On External Event Component Executing Event Complete and Timeout Paths

Issue/Introduction

In a customers custom Workflow process, the Wait On External Event Component, which has two paths, the  "Executing Event Complete"  and "Timeout"  paths, both seemed to be executing at the same time.

Cause

The issue is under investigation with Symantec engineering.

Resolution

We changed the configuration of the Wait On External Event Component that was causing problems, and disabled it, configuring its path out to always go out of the timeout path.  We set the timeout time to a value that was set for the wait time of the other path out of that component.   This resolved the issue.
