Issue/Introduction

While trying to add a driver to the driversdb through the drivermanage.exe you receive an error stating that no driver is present.

Cause

There is an issue with the layout of the driver that is not being properly handled by driver manager.

Resolution

Verify the path of the Drivers DB. By default the path is: C:\Program files (x86)\Altiris\Express\Deployment Server\DriversDB
