PAM-CM-0270 occurs when it tries to add LDAP domain.

Issue/Introduction

I tried to add the LDAP Domain from the Configuration > 3rd Party > LDAP. However, the following error occurs and I cannot add it. What should I do?

"PAM-CM-0270: LDAP bind fail: Cannot contact LDAP server"

Environment

CA Privileged Access Manager: 4.x version

Resolution

The message will appears when the "Domain Controller Port(SSL)" field is inappropriate that is in the Credentials > Manage Targets > Applications > Specific Application name > Active Directory tab.
