Endpoint incidents do not show any data when viewed inside the Enforce console.

This is caused by a failure to decrypt the Data Insight password (entered in System > Settings > Data Insight). This is possibly a side-effect of the DLP cryptographic key issue. Please see Related Articles section for more details.
To resolve this issue reset or re-enter the Data Insight user password inside the Enforce console.
