Issue/Introduction

Microsoft Update: MS16-004-visio2010-kb3114402-fullfile-x86-glb.exe initially installed with Exit Code: 0 and continually fails to install on every following schedule.

Exit Code 17025 

Cause

Found mismatch of SP versions installed on the target machine as Visio 2010 German SP2 and English GOLD installed. The patch applies because affected product Visio and Office 2010 SP2 is installed (German) and patch script is detecting that Visio.exe is at a less than expected file version.

Appears the Language pack was installed and it caused the version issue.
