Need to move a Cloud version of Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (SEP SBE) client from one account to another.
The SEP SBE Cloud clients cannot be moved from one account to another. If the license has been applied to the wrong account, contact Customer Care at [email protected] and request the license to be released or refunded, then apply the license to the new account and install the client.
Note: If you purchased the license from the Symantec eStore at www.buy.symantec.com you will need to get a refund and purchase the product again from the correct account.
Note: When emailing [email protected] it is important that you send the message from the email account you use to login to the SEP SBE cloud management console.
